Ebizmarts Sage Pay Suite Pro (Europe) Installing Issue-Fixed

We had an issue installing Ebizmarts Sage pay Suite into Magento 2 recently, the theme had to be disabled before we could install, the error and fix is below, our theme developer identified the issue, the remedy is below.

The error happens because your old module information (that regarding version 2.5) already exists in database. Therefore, whenever you run, it gets conflict. As confronting this error, you should remove THE OLD MODULE INFORMATION so that it will successfully be upgraded:

  1. First of all, MAKE A BACKUP of your database, in case that things go wrong and you should revert it to its previous state.
  2. Then you have to find the setup_module table name in your database (you can also use PHPmyadmin for this).
  3. The next step is to find your module.
  4. Now, delete your OLD TABLE MODULE DATA from database. Remember delete ONLY THE OLD MODULE.
  5. When you run setup:upgrade again, it automatically gets generated.
